Psychiatrist

• Board Certified or Eligible
• Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Illinois

Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant

• This position will perform initial diagnoses sessions and follow-up medication management appointments.
• Perform proper charting of session and contacting insurance.
• High accuracy in coding and billing information.
• Candidate must be licensed in the State of Illinois as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
